Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that Red Rock Plunge LLC is unattended, and there will be no staff on-site to monitor or assist during my session. I am solely responsible for my own health and safety while using the facility.

I understand that use of cold plunge tubs, saunas, and showers involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Slips, falls, burns, or cold-related injuries

• Fainting, dizziness, cardiac events

• Worsening of underlying health conditions

• Physical strain due to exposure to extreme temperatures

I acknowledge that these risks may result in injury, illness, or death. I accept full responsibility for my own physical condition and well-being.

Health & Safety Restrictions

By signing this, I affirm that I do not currently:

• Have a heart condition, high/low blood pressure, or respiratory issues
• Have epilepsy, seizure disorders, or heat sensitivity
• Have a recent illness, surgery, or injury
• Have consumed alcohol or drugs prior to entering the facility
• Am pregnant (pregnant individuals are not permitted to use the facilities)
• OR have consulted a doctor before I enter the facility

Facility Use Agreement

• I will not share my access code with others.

• I agree to use all equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose only.

• I will adhere to my reserved time slot and vacate the facility promptly.

• I will clean up after myself and report any malfunctions, injuries, or safety concerns.

• I understand that security cameras may be in use for safety and operational monitoring.

I understand that all unauthorized guests that I allow in during my session will be charged a minimum of $100 per person.

Release of Liability & Indemnification

I, the undersigned, voluntarily waive, release, and discharge Red Rock Plunge LLC, its owners, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage I may suffer, including death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Rock Plunge LLC from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from my use of the facility.

By signing below, I affirm:

• I am 18 years of age or older

• I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver

• I assume full responsibility for my actions and health during my time at the facility

• I am fully responsible for having all and only authorized guests fill out and sign this waiver before entering the facility.
